Are you ready to feel your best?

Men often reach out for therapy only when they hit their limit — burnout, relationship strain, emotional shutdown, or feeling like they’re carrying everything alone.

You don’t need to wait for a crisis.

I work with men who want straightforward conversation, honest insight, and practical strategies that actually make a difference. No jargon. No judgment. Just real work that moves you forward.

A Straight Talking, Trauma Informed Approach

Men often want therapy that’s real, direct, and grounded  not vague, overly clinical, or filled with jargon.

My work is shaped by years of supporting men in high-pressure, responsibility-heavy environments, including military members, first responders, and men in leadership roles. These are people conditioned to stay composed, push through and handle everything themselves.

This gives me a deep understanding of:

My approach focuses on

This is practical, honest work that meets men where they truly are  not where they “should” be.

THE EXPERIENCE

What working together feels like

Most therapy sites explain credentials. This one explains the experience. Here is what clients consistently describe about their sessions with Ceilidh.

👥

Collaborative, not prescriptive

You are not handed a diagnosis and a plan. Sessions are a conversation. You bring what is on your mind and together we work out what it means and where it is coming from.

🔥

Challenging when needed, always supportive

Ceilidh will not just sit and nod. When something matters, she will name it. But it always comes from a place of genuine care, not judgment.

🔧

Practical and grounded

Sessions connect to real life. The goal is not just to understand what is happening but to build the tools and awareness to actually change it, in your relationships, your work, and yourself.

🛡

A space with no right answers

You do not need to have it figured out before you log on. You do not need to know what to say. Arriving uncertain is not a problem. It is usually the best place to start.

“This is honest, grounded work that meets men where they truly are, not where they think they should be.”

BEFORE YOU DECIDE

Not sure if therapy is right for you?

You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. If something feels off that is enough of a reason to reach out.

A free 15 minute video consultation can help you decide whether therapy feels like the right fit. No pressure, no commitment.

MANY PEOPLE REACH OUT BECAUSE THEY

BEFORE YOU REACH OUT

What clients often ask before reaching out

These are not questions about fees or session length. They are the real ones. The ones people sit with before they ever send a message.

What if I do not know what to say?

You do not need to have anything prepared. Most people start by saying exactly that and it is a completely fine place to begin. Once we are connected on the call I will help guide the conversation.

What if I have tried therapy before and it did not help?

That is more common than you would think. Sometimes it is about fit, sometimes approach, sometimes timing. A free video consultation is a good way to see if this feels different.

What if I get emotional on the call?

That is what therapy is for. You are in your own space, on your own terms, and you will not be pushed further than you are ready to go.

What if I am worried I will be judged?

Online sessions are private, confidential, and completely on your own terms. Whatever you bring, it stays between us.

Still not sure? A free 15 minute video consultation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It is just a conversation from wherever you are comfortable.

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE
